Leica Confocal Microscope 

The Leica Confocal Microscope has a SPE-System that contains confocal scanner, laser box supply, PC workstation, mixroscope, Super Z-Galvo stage for 3D-imaging, 3 objectives, fluorescence equipment including EL 6000 as well as monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Reservations are required for use. 

Nikon Macro Microscope

Nikon C2 Confocal is a modular system consisting of a separate scan heal, multi-channel PMT detector module, laser module, control module, PC, and monitor. The modular design minimizes the potential for electrical interference or vibration from one component to affect another, and provides flexibility in configuration and future upgrades. Reservations are required for use.

QPCR Machine

The QPCR is quick to set up runs and monitor amplification traces in real time on the integrated LCD touch screen. CFX manager software is included to easily and intuitively design experiment and analyze results from a connected computer. Reservations are required for use.

This is an open top cryostat with stainless steel cooling chamber and graphic LC-display to set temperatures, electronic control. Standby and sleep status, rotary microtome with backlash and maintenance-free cross roller bearings in stainless steel.
