The Jaclyne Witte Boyden Award honors and recognizes exemplary service by staff in support of health professions education.
Qualities deemed necessary to win this prestigious award: Consistently demonstrate a commitment to excellence in supporting the departments’ mentorship program, active in enhancing residents’ knowledge, experience, and patient care through consistent feedback and availability, work together to provide a dynamic and varied residency experience and consistently review the program to ensure it provides opportunities for accommodation, pathways to success, and clear direction about expectations and have developed an intensive and objective interview process and scoring algorithm for the residency candidates.
