About Alexsys Stroh, MS, ATC
Lexsy's interest in athletic training began during her time in high school, where she learned from her school’s athletic trainer. Her passion for caring for athletes both physically and mentally fuels her dedication to the profession. Lexsy believes that using a combination of therapeutic exercises and modalities is essential for injury prevention and rehabilitation, allowing her to tailor care to each athlete's specific needs and ensure effective and sustainable recovery outcomes.
As a mental health advocate, Lexsy draws on her experience as a competitive softball and soccer athlete to build strong, trusting relationships with her patients. Her commitment to being present for her athletes, both on and off the field, helps foster the trust and safety necessary for comprehensive care.
Currently, Lexsy serves as an Athletic Trainer for Sacred Heart Schools (Convent and Stuart Hall), where she is dedicated to creating educational opportunities similar to those she experienced. She has played a key role in the development of the Convent/Stuart Hall Sports Medicine Club and aims to inspire future generations to pursue careers in Athletic Training.
