Conference Location and Travel

  • Airport/Driving

As fall is a popular time in Napa Valley, we strongly recommend booking your accommodations early to secure your stay.

    Flying Into the Bay Area!
For our attendees traveling by air, there are three primary airports in the vicinity of Napa to consider-

    San Francisco International Airport (SFO):
Expect a drive of approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach Silverado, depending on traffic conditions.
It is worth noting that travel times can fluctuate, particularly during peak travel hours.
SFO, while offering the most flight choices, is also the furthest of the three major airports from Silverado.

    Sacramento International Airport (SMF):
SMF typically takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
SMF offers a slightly shorter or less traffic-heavy drive compared to SFO.

    Oakland International Airport (OAK):
The drive from OAK is generally around 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
OAK is geographically the closest of the three airports to Silverado, potentially making it the quickest option in terms of driving distance, although actual travel time can still be influenced by traffic.

  • Getting Around!

    GOOGLE Flights
Use this search engine to help assist in your low-cost travel plans.

    Rental Cars:
For guests planning to explore the wider Napa Valley region beyond Silverado, we highly recommend renting a car from the airport.
This offers the most flexibility for visiting wineries and attractions throughout the valley.

    Ride-Sharing Services:
Services like Uber and Lyft are available from all three airports and can be a convenient option for getting to Silverado.

Local attractions for you and your family.
