Registration is now open for the 4th Annual UC Women of Ortho Leadership Summit, hosted by UCLA. The summit will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the James West Alumni Center on the UCLA campus in Los Angeles.

Who we are
We are a group of orthopaedic leaders from five University of California (UCSF, UC San Diego, UCLA, UC Davis, UC Irvine) campuses who support the development of women's leadership in the field of orthopaedic surgery and orthopaedic care. We welcome all genders.

What we do
We support an open dialogue of ways to support and improve upon leadership training for women who pursue a career in orthopaedics. Our annual event is a one-day leadership summit that moves between the University of California campuses that have orthopaedic surgery departments.
Our annual events are attended by more than 65 women physicians, fellows and residents from UC orthopaedics departments for a day of coaching, leadership training, and empowerment.

We encourage anyone interested to get involved. We seek support on committees, projects, grants as well as financial support to fund our events and outreach projects.
