Joyce Harvey is an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in caring for patients with spina bifida and those requiring rehabilitation for permanent or temporary disabilities. With a background in pediatric neurosurgery as an advanced practice nurse at UCSF, Joyce brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to her role.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona and her Master of Science in Nursing from the UCSF School of Nursing in 1987. Joyce is board-certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Joyce sees patients at multiple UCSF locations, including the Cerebrovascular & Stroke Program, the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic, and the Spina Bifida Clinic, all located at the Ron Conway Family Gateway Medical Building in San Francisco.
