About Jonathan Taylor, PA-C

Jonathan Taylor, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant in the UCSF Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Division of Hand, Elbow and Peripheral Nerve. He sees patients at the UCSF Orthopaedic Institute on the Mission Bay campus in San Francisco, where he specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and management of upper extremity conditions.

He brings more than a decade of experience in leading academic and community hospitals, including prior roles in emergency medicine at Sutter Solano Medical Center, MedStar Washington Hospital Center and the Cleveland Clinic.

Taylor earned a Master of Science in physician assistant studies from the University of Mount Union, where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was inducted into Pi Alpha, the national honor society for physician assistants. His clinical expertise includes advanced diagnostic evaluation, therapeutic procedures and collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams.

He is passionate about delivering patient-centered care, advancing team-based medicine and mentoring future health care professionals.
