Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Wagala completed her medical education at the University of Missouri–Kansas City, followed by an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She has a strong clinical interest in treating shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee pathology. She is passionate about helping everyday athletes return to the activities they love. Outside of medicine, she enjoys practicing yoga, spending time outdoors, and attending live music events.
