Department recognizes Academic Staff on Excellence

SAN FRANCISCO (June 16, 2021) -- The UCSF Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is pleased to announce 15 SPOT award winners for the 2020-2021 academic year.  Individuals who qualify for this program were nominated by faculty and staff and recognized by the UCSF Staff Appreciation and Recognition Plan (the “STAR Program”) for their significant employee achievements and contributions, as they occur, for a specific project or task over a relatively short period of time.

“As spread out as we are among many locations, we are extremely appreciative how our administrative team works together to support our Department,” said Richard Capra, Chief Administrative Officer of the Department. “Even during the pandemic, they have worked diligently to support our Department’s mission.”

To recognize their noteworthy contributions to our Department, the following members received SPOT Awards:
