Max Legaspi, CPO

Max Legaspi is a certified prosthetist orthotist who cares for adults and children at the UCSF Orthotics and Prosthetics Center at the Redwood Shores Specialty Clinic. Her passion for the field grew through global outreach work in the Philippines and Ecuador, where she provided prostheses to people with limited access to orthotic and prosthetic care.

Legaspi earned a master of science in prosthetics and orthotics from Northwestern University and a bachelor of science in kinesiology with a minor in psychology from the University of Kentucky. She completed her orthotics and prosthetics residency at Evergreen Prosthetics and Orthotics, gaining experience caring for patients with diabetes, spinal cord injuries and traumatic injuries.
