About Wendy Cook, MS, PA-C

Wendy Cook is a dedicated Physician Assistant specializing in sports medicine, providing expert care for adolescents and adults with orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries. An outdoor enthusiast, Wendy integrates her passion for activity into her approach to patient care, helping her patients return to the activities they love.

Wendy earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Samuel Merritt College in 2011. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

In addition to her clinical work, Wendy has served on medical support teams during marathons and has been an active participant in UCSF's PlaySafe program, providing orthopedic evaluations and sports participation clearance for high school athletes. Outside the clinic, she enjoys rock climbing, cycling, hiking, and yoga.

Wendy offers both in-person and telehealth (video visits) consultations, ensuring accessible care for her patients.
