About Sarit Cliffer, CPO

Sarit Cliffer is a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist at UCSF Orthotics & Prosthetics, where she has been providing expert care since October 2021. In her role, Sarit specializes in the design, fabrication, and fitting of prosthetic and orthotic devices, enhancing the quality of life for her patients through customized solutions.

Sarit earned her Master of Prosthetics and Orthotics (MPO) from the University of Washington in 2018, following a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Psychology from Virginia Tech, completed in 2013. Her diverse educational background supports her comprehensive approach to patient care.

Before joining UCSF, Sarit worked as an ABC Certified Orthotist and Prosthetic Resident at Berke Prosthetics and Orthotics and completed an Orthotics Residency at UCSF Medical Center. Her earlier experience includes a role as a Practitioner Assistant at Berke Prosthetics and a Clinical Research Coordinator at Stanford University’s Center for Interdisciplinary Brain Sciences Research.
