You are invited to the launch for the
'Functional Limb Service Community Group'
When: Monday, December 7th, 3:30-4:30 pm
Where: SFGH Wellness Center, 2nd Floor of the Main Hospital across from the Cafeteria
What: Come meet other amputee patients and the Functional Limb Service Team!
We will be meeting as a community to discuss what the group can provide as far as social activities, educational needs and screen our patient video series.
We hope to promote a social group for amputees.
