Dr. Lacey Marie Smith, a second-year orthopedic resident, graduated cum laude from Harvard Medical School in 2023. She has worked extensively in global health, including as a fellow in Haiti, and has been published in the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery. She is passionate about mentorship and diversity in medicine.
