San Francisco, March 26, 2026 — The UCSF Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and UCSF Health–St. Mary’s Hospital Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency program announced three new residents for 2026. Under the leadership of Dr. Lawrence Oloff, the program welcomed residents who bring diverse perspectives and experiences to UCSF.

The 2026 Class Includes:

Tenzing Dolma, DPM, MBS

  • DPM: New York College of Podiatric Medicine, Touro University
  • Graduate: Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, Master of Biomedical Sciences
  • Undergraduate: University of California, Berkeley

Dorsa Javaheri, DPM

  • DPM: Samuel Merritt University, College of Podiatric Medicine
  • Undergraduate: University of California, Merced

Rohin Walia, DPM

  • DPM: Samuel Merritt University, College of Podiatric Medicine
  • Undergraduate: University of California, Davis

“We are thrilled to welcome this exceptional group to our program,” said Dr. Oloff. “Each resident brings diverse perspectives and experiences, and we look forward to their contributions to patient care, research and the broader podiatric community.”

The UCSF Health–St. Mary’s Hospital Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency is a three-year program focused on reconstructive rearfoot and ankle procedures. Residents gain hands-on experience in high-volume podiatric, orthopedic and multidisciplinary clinics, while also teaching medical students and participating in academic conferences. The program combines rigorous surgical training, didactic learning and rotations at affiliated Bay Area hospitals to prepare residents to become skilled clinicians and future leaders in podiatric medicine.
