SAN FRANCISCO (July 25, 2023) -- The UCSF Department of Orthopaedic Surgery invites you to register and participate in this year's UCSF Sarcoma Strong 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2023 at 10 AM at the Mission Bay campus in San Francisco. This family-friendly event is dedicated to raising awareness of Sarcoma, supporting our Sarcoma warriors and families, and raising funds to fuel research.

Join the UCSF Team
When: Participants will meet at 10 AM to check in and receive event t-shirts; the run/walk will start at 10:30 AM. The date of the event is SATURDAY, August 12, 2023.
Where: The UCSF Sarcoma Strong 5K team will meet in front of UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital at Mission Bay (1975 4th St, 94158) The 5K will start and end here. Brunch to follow at adjacent park.
Parking: Street parking is available around the hospital; there is also a pay lot in front of the hospital.

All participants with receive a UCSF Sarcoma Strong T-shirt; sizes run from adult S-2XL and youth.
Can't make it in-person, no problem! For anyone unable to participate in-person, please join our virtual 5K team from Aug. 11-13, 2023. The UCSF team will be joining teams from across the U.S. to raise funds to fight sarcoma.
