Dr. Gabet has a wide research background; her research focuses include: walking studies for patients with peripheral vascular disease; administrative coding research for primary rehabilitation diagnoses and common medical co-morbidities to reduce physician queries; and research on osteoporosis in adults with cerebral palsy. In addition, she has a keen interest in performing research on patients with SCI secondary to metastatic cancer to evaluate rehabilitation outcomes.

Dr. Gabet received her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, and later earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin.
