REGISTER: 2019 Space Health Innovation Conference at UCSF

SAN FRANCISCO (Sept. 26, 2019) -- Registration is open for the inaugural 2019 Space Health Innovation Conference to be held at the Mission Bay Conference Center at UCSF in San Francisco on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019.  Co-Hosted by UCSF and Translational Research Institute for Space Health (TRISH), the conference will convene a diverse audience of Space experts and Health Tech Innovation stakeholders with a goal to inform, inspire and invite participation in the exciting challenge of optimizing health and medical management in Space environments. 

A "constellation" of topics covering the complex health risks in Space and the need for innovative counter measures will be explored throughout this day-long meeting.  Speakers will include NASA thought leaders, astronauts, flight surgeons, scientists, engineers - as well as research, innovation and healthcare experts from industry and academia.

Applying cutting-edge science and technology to Space-specific challenges has accelerated medical innovation and provided significant health benefits on earth.  Be a part of this exciting day-long journey and gain an understanding of how your work can be applied to space health and opportunities to become involved.
