About Mohamed Al-Amoodi, MD
Dr. Mohamed Al-Amoodi is an orthopedic spine fellow at the University of California, San Francisco. He earned his undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Alberta before completing his medical degree at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He went on to finish his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Dr. Al-Amoodi has a strong interest in surgical innovation, with a focus on designing improved tools and techniques to enhance spine care. He is passionate about integrating engineering principles into clinical practice and exploring new technologies to advance outcomes in complex spine surgery. Outside the operating room, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
